I called 111 because of a recurring problem I have. They went through a list of questions after which I was advised to go to the A&E department at Kingston Hospital. I think the 111 people must have contacted the A&E department as I was seen very quickly – blood tests done by the nurse and then seen by a doctor. I was given a follow-up appointment at the hospital.
