"Haemostasis & Thrombosis Clinic"

I have now visited this clinic twice in March and April of 2014. The administrative and secretarial staff are extremely efficient, organised and friendly. They are very thorough when checking in patients and are excellent at making sure that your hospital records are maintained and up to date. Was seen bang on my appointment time. The associate specialist doctor and senior sister were both present in the appointment and both used appropriate language that I understood to help me better understand my condition and treatment. The health care assistant who took my blood was friendly and competent and all of the infection control policies were followed. Very Impressed
