Staff in ED quickly processed through the ED - one staff nurse was very helpful, all staff polite and smiling seemed compassionate. Ward 6 most nurses very good and helpful - one nurse was excellent. Ward 15 gd experience. Wards clean. Only downside is loosing my suitcase between ward and home via pt transport it didn't atrive with me.
