"Excellent care the first week then shocking"

About: University Hospital Aintree

I stayed in intensive care for a week the nurses where absolutely amazing and reassured me that everything was okay. I was transferred to a ward but not long after was back in intensive care. I've never met 2 nurses to be so rude. They where on the night shift. I automatically felt unwelcome. They made me cry for the duration of the night until around 3am where they just said nasty things I have never experienced anythink like this. I was diagnosed with epilepsy 5 years ago and on treatment the neuro team where great and also the staff at ward 21, that night the nurse told me I didn't have epilepsy I fell out of bed due to co raise not being up. Although the nurse insisted it was. I was also called a liar. I have given 5 star ratings for the rest of the staff on the unit but no one should have to go through what I went through I will be taking this further!
