"Emergency visit to A and E"

I was taken to A and E by paramedics when I had an issue with my heart. The paramedics that attended were great and when I arrived in resuscitation the staff were kind and efficient. They dealt with me promptly and I wish I could remember the name of the nurse and doctor that treated me because they were so good.
