"From start to finish the communication ..."

What I liked

From start to finish the communication was fantastic between different areas of the hospital and myself and GP. I went from diagnosis to operation in 8 weeks which I thought was fantastic, there were not any times when I felt uninformed.

This was also the first time I had booked on line and chosen my hospital. It all went rather smoothly.

What could be improved

There was almost a last minute hicup with beds.... but to be fair that is unavoidable with emergencies coming in. But everyone went above and beyond in the bed booking service to accomodate me succesfully.

Anything else?
