I would like to thank the staff on F5 for their excellent care during my recent stay. All the staff I encountered were wonderful. I have no complaints at all. It distresses me when I read in the newspapers that complaints are on the increase. It's about time people stood back and took a long look at just how good our NHS hospitals are. Once again, thank you.
