"disgusting phone service"

My sister who has been trying to get thru to this dept most of the morning without success, has been cut off 3 times after waiting for 15 mins. Phone rings but is never answered. For people who are feeling very unwell what sort of service is this. The hospital management needs to open their eyes sadly, this hospital is in meltdown, not just this dept but most depts. Some of the staff are very good but some are lazy with a don't care attitude!
