Very impressed by various staff, starting with Outpatients booking in, The ladies were very bright and cheerful and gave clear directions, giving a good impression. The Cashier's Office Very helpful, the lady came over interested in helping us. We didn't feel intimidated Outpatient’s clinic Staff managed to keep tabs on me when I was sent from consultant to research nurse to the Phlebotomists who didn't give up and finally found my blood. Fitted in to another consultant who sent me to the Spirometry and sleep test dept. And for finding us a wheelchair Respiratory Department These were extra tests when they had finished for the afternoon.My thanks to the pulmonary manager who took my blood, and listened to my Navy stories. The nurse who ran the tests for her encouragement. My impression was everyone was trying to be helpful and interested in helping us Well done to all
