"Diagnosed with cancer 18 months after..."

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

Mother in law mis-diagnosed for approx 18 months at hospital. Diagnosed with ovarian cyst and eventually had operation (after many delays) to remove. Symptons worstened after op and further tests revealed she had cancer of bile duct (She had text book symptons of this cancer for about 2 years). Posted comments on here on 9th April and reply from hospital said would be contacting me directly. Only contact I've had is to ask for more time to investigate as original response should have been by 10th May. Surprise surprise, still not heard anything from Wythenshawe almost 2 months after the deadline that they imposed!
