the food was discusding and unbearable a lot of people have complained about the food and all you can say is contact pals nothing will change i was starving and thats why on monday night at 7 30pm on a9 a discharged myself the nurs who was in charge of me wa fantastic at her job a nurse who phoned my next of kin even said sorry hes been messed about cos i was told by the mri and xray staff that i would get my results straight away the docter had not even looked at the mri and xrays even though he d been upto the ward to discharge patients so in discussed at that i walked out another thing when i got there on monday night from whiston cos a few days earlier your own a and e docter would not even asses me i got to a9 at 7 pm i ask for pain relieve and got it at 10 30 the records speak for themselves a lot of people are not happy with your hospital i seen it with my own eyes i hope i never have to stay the again especially after a triange nurse sending me away cos the docter said he needs to see his consultant i was in severe pain having just had a disc replacement i had chronic pain from siatica thats why i went to whiston who sent me to your a9 i have now requested my hospital records and then i will decide what to do with regards to why i was turned away last week my name is michael bate 26/06/1964
