amazing service, both clinically and personally, the trick is to try and remain calm and be patient with the triage system and remember your treatment may be sat down when waiting patiently and un hurried, the staff do all the hurrying and are always multitasking but will get round to you as soon as they can, they know there jobs well but don't forget to steel them too.
