What could be improved
Actually want to help. I have a malunion of the right humeral head and right radius and have been in constant pain since the injury. I was told that the malunion would not cause me pain. Even after I told them that I had made an appointment because of the pain I was in.
Anything else?
I have refused to be sent to Derriford again.
