"Five hour wait to have a scan"

Whilst at Queen's Medical Centre I had to wait up to five hours in a clinic to be told to go and have scans. Why was it not possible to have the scan first to save time? My overnight stay in the hospital was awful. the noise on the wards gets worse at night. I ended up hardly sleeping day and night. Some of the nurses are wonderful and they are dedicated to their jobs but you also have some that are rude and miserable. It makes you wonder why they went into the profession in the first place. The bathrooms are mostly dirty and unhygienic. The food was bearable but I usually have my own food brought in as there is not enough options for vegetarians.
