"TKR performed on 6 June 2014"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

I went into Chase Farm on Friday 6 June for my total knee replacement on my left leg. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and i met with my surgeon and anaethstetist who explained fully and clearly what to expect. After the operation I was taken to Canterbury Ward where I was extremely well looked after until my discharge on Monday 9 June. The ward I was in was spotlessly clean, the food was good, with plenty of choice and the nursing staff were wonderful. The two daytime nurses were unfailingly cheerful and helpful and the nighttime nurse, was kind, gentle and efficient. I was almost sorry to leave! Many, many thanks, John
