About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as the patient),

I was admitted to ward 13 recently and would like to sincerely thank all staff for their utmost attention in care provided. Also to all theatre staff /consultants. As a result of care provided i am sure that after discharge the care provided will certainly aide our recovery. Other patients in the ward with me agree. Once again many thanks.
