"ENT department just marvellous"

I was taken to the ENT department yesterday by ambulance after a visit to Harrogate Hospital's A&E. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. My treatment and care was exemplary. I was a little shocked to find myself facing emergency surgery under general anaesthetic some hours after I'd walked into Harrogate A&E, but I was reassured at all times. The ward and bathrooms were clean. It's a long time since I'd been in an NHS hospital as a patient and I was pleasantly surprised. A great experience of our wonderful NHS.
