On the 27/12/08 I was taken to hospital by ambulance due to breathing problems. The paramedics and my treatment in A&E was excellent. My experience in ward 17 was quite mixed. I found the nursing care to be good but the food was tasteless, cold and not edible. For example, I ordered a cheese and onion flan and I received a mushroom flan which was awful!.My partner had to bring me hot soup and sandwiches daily. At night I found it difficult to sleep due to staff laughing and talking. It was too noisy for me.
