"Excellent visit to King's"

Have just hads an excellent visit to King's maternity unit for my wife's 2nd scan in a week. The staff took the time to make my wife feel like an important human being and did a very thorough job. Furthermore, they took their time to introduce themsleves and take steps to reduce outside noises and potential loss of privacy. It makes up for the last visit, where one doctor was excellent, but one of the other doctors did not wash their hands or wear gloves before taking blood samples from my wife. Furthermore, 2 of the doctors did not introduce themsleves by name and one could hear staff members talking about other patients outside over the noise of loud building construction. I am now back to being pleased we chose to go to King's for maternity care.
