I received very good treatment during consultation in the Ear Nose and Throat department at Doncaster. The doctors and nursing staff were very good. However, I was 35 minutes late going into the consultation (after consultation appointment time!). Also, the waiting area was poor - just a corridor with a limited amount of seating. I am annoyed that the follow-up appointment for mid-january has now been put back to mid-february.
