Had my hip replacement June 2014. The staff on ward 20A were wonderful, can't fault them at all. The only things l would like to see is a water cooler on the ward, tap water is not cool enough on hot sunny days, and the mirror in the toilet is not in the best position. Anyone sitting on the toilet when the nurse walks in to help can be seen by everyone in the ward via the mirror . Really needs to be moved. Must say a big thank you to my surgeon and his team for a great job well done.
