"Unhappy with Matron in Coronary care unit."

About: Kettering General Hospital

I was rushed into hospital on 15th June 2014 with chest pains and taken into Coronary Care unit. I had surgery the next day and had 2 stents fitted. I was sent home on the 17th June 2014. I found the Matron very sarcastic. I said to her I was very cold and she brought me a blanket, wrapped it around me and said there you are special now. I asked her if I could make an urgent phone call to one of my children and she just pulled a face and walked away. She caused me a lot of stress which I could have done without. I was in enough pain as it was. I understand the Staff are busy but there was no need for sarcasm. Apart from her the rest of the staff were great. I never spoke to the Matron again and hope I never meet her again.
