What I liked

Nurses were polite.

Hospital is always clean and well lit.

What could be improved

The consultant could have been a bit more pleasant in his bedside manner and general attitude towards his patient and actually involving me in the decisions about my care.

I felt he was a little bit rude and felt like I was treated like just a number not a person.

He did not bother to listen to what I was saying, only what he wanted to hear. He basically treated me as insignificant and only liked the sound of his own voice unfortunately.

Not very pleased about this as I did not deserve to be treated like this and many other patients.

I certainly would not recommend this consultant to anyone. I am extremely disappointed in him.

I feel like it was a complete waste of my time as I could have been doing something so much more constructive. He wasted MY time and I am not happy in the slightest.
