"new endoscopy unit"

Having visited the old endoscopy unit annually for over ten years, I would like to say what an improvement the new unit is. Scrupulously clean, single-sex changing and waiting areas, friendly staff. One minor point: I've learnt that there are inevitably long waiting periods (having booked in it was 45 minutes before anything else happened, then another hour before my procedure), so it would be nice if someone could just say in passing 'we haven't forgotten you/it won't be long now' or similar. Having said that, I've nothing but praise for the unit, and the care that has obviously been taken to make the patients' experience as good as possible.
