With all the adverse comments about Medway and having experienced a few hospital appointments in the last year to other hospitals, which fell well below my standard as a retired nurse. I would like to say that Dermatology was absolutely fantastic, quite and calming waiting area, lovely receptionist, brilliant Nurse Specialist, cannot speak highly enough of the staffs approach, attitude and professionalism. Thank you for restoring my slightly biased faith in the NHS, please thank all staff for me, Wendy (9.20 app 21 June 2014)
