"Thank you EMAS for the support"

About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance Nottingham City Council

(as the patient),

Following being let down by social services we were told by social services to contact East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) following the breakdown of my mobility hoist.

No-one appeared to be able to help us but EMAS were supportive from start to finish. From the control room to the clinician we spoke to and most importantly the ambulance crew 1000 Spike and 0369 James who were extremely caring and ensured I was cared for. Spike and James were lovely, caring and made what was a distressing situation bearable for me.

Thank you EMAS for your support and wonderful caring

Hello Lynne

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

If you are able to email us at PALS.Office@emas.nhs.uk, including the date, approximate time and the location of the incident, our Patient Experience Team will be able to pass you kind comments on to James and Spike.

Once again, thank you for your feedback.
