What I liked

The care and attention given and the effectiveness of the treatment given was excellent.

I was most surprised at the standard of catering and whilst there were things on the menu I didn't fancy there was always alternatives. Everything I had was edible and tasty. Well done.

What could be improved

The only trivial thing that could be improved was internet availability for communication, but may be in progress with ongoing expansion,sorry I like to keep my mind active.

Anything else?

I have not been a regular patient in hospital in the past and felt hospitals were impersonal, however I was pleasantly surprised at my treatment at QA, it was first class and all the staff are a credit to the NHS.
