"Ignorant receptionists & rude staff"

About: Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital

I have recently had hand surgery at Woodthorpe Hospital. Although the surgeon & nursing staff were very nice, the receptionists were extremely rude, they are unfriendly & uncommunicative when making appointments. The greeting on arrival was cold & totally unwelcoming to say the least. When you ring for advice it's as though they can't be bothered answering your query and they answer you with grim faces. All calls you make to this establishment are directed to so many various departments that even the staff there don't know which department to transfer you to. I will certainly not be recommending this hospital to anyone.
