"Out patient visit to Respiration Clinic"

So so so impressed...The nurses at clinic were so welcoming and friendly to patients waiting to go into see Dr. They looked like old friends chatting. Toilets visited were spotless (much better than eg Costa). First time Ive ever been apologised to so many times for a 45min delay at a hospital. Lovely Dr .Then the thing that most impressed me: was told to go for Xray and Bloods. So I assumed I would have to be there for hours more waiting in these 2 depts. But no, instead I didnt even have time to settle down in the waiting areas before my name was called to go in for tests! And the Xray changing cubicle was spotless. Just couldnt fault anything...except signs in reception for clinics were not clear enough. Also when checking in at kiosks all your private details can be read by everyone standing near you. Many thanks for such a good service
