I had a great experience during my colposcopy and biopsy. I was very stressed in advance and the doctor and nurse were wonderful. Very kind, patient and explained things well, treating me with respect. The doctor was fantastic and the procedure was almost painless. It was such a relief and I am very grateful for the excellent service I received. The receptionist was also kind and friendly and very fast, which unfortunately is quite rare at NHS clinics. Overall a very positive experience - thank you Chelsea and Westminster!! Helen, West London
