"Bmi the priory hospital"

Been coming here for treatment a number of years.this hospital was like Buckingham palace when it first opened. Now it's more like a travelodge.less nurses,rooms very outdated and tired,no complaints about my care first class. Very good consultants food excellent but the rooms look terrible. I've been in better dog baskets.. Think the management team there need to take a long hard look in the mirror. What have you done to this once wonderfull hospital...!
