"Todmorden 'drop in' centre, West Yorks"

I have just found out that ONLY people who are registered as patients in Todmorden health centre can access the 'drop in' centre on a week day. If you happen to need this service at the weekend however, you will be seen. I live just a few miles down the road and have previously been seen by a doctor there and had no idea that this was still not a service available to me. My GP group practice was closed, as it always is on a Thursday. No wonder the A and E department is over loaded by people, there is no-where else to go.
