(as the patient),

Attended the Derby Walk in Centre on Osmaston Road this morning with what I call an embarrassing problem which I have suffered with for 10 years. The nurse who checked me was very caring, kind and put me at ease. I cannot remember her name but should she read this a big thankyou for your help
