"Wasting time"

I came to the surgery concerned about the three things I have been having over a few months or so. I am relatively healthy person and I haven't been in a clinic for probably three years. I explaned the doctor about two concerns and when I started mentioning the third one she cut me and said that usually they don't practice discussing more than two things per appointment.

I must say that I was the only patient at the time and she kept me waiting for 15 mins before calling in. It took her 7 mins to take my blood pressure and do questioning.
