"Excellent treatment on day surgery."

I would like to thank everybody involved with my care in the day surgery department. The waiting areas, changing rooms, toilet and recovery area were spotless and the staff were cheerful and couldn't do enough to help, both before and after my op. All this helped to make my visit a lot less stressful. Later on when the unit was closing I was still not ready to go home due to dehydration and the staff made sure I was booked onto a ward so I had more time to recover. I was well informed at all times as to how long I had to wait and my husband was kept in the picture and treated very courteously by the staff. This has been of the best hospital experiences I have had and all involved are a credit to the NHS.
