Far too much management of numbers, charts and monitors. Don't expect the registrars to look at you until they've checked monitors, and possibly not even then. Very little evidence based care and in my experience several Dr's used threats and fear as a tool to enforce induction without reason. The dept has very high section rates. That's over a third of women they don't 'trust' to birth without surgery. Even after suffering birth trauma and a forced catheter (against my wishes) they tried very hard to push me into induction a second time. Needless to say, I gave birth at home the second time. I would recommend you avoid it.
