"Hospital feedback"

It's urgent care services and people do not come here by recommendation. I am very much disappointed the way my spouse was treated last night. We were suggested by local pharmacy which opens until midnight to visit MKUCS. My spouse was given prescription for the treatment and when I went back to the pharmacy , the pharmacist was surprised to see the prescription. Pharmacist said "I could have given you this without prescription. Your symptoms were severe so let me call the doctor". After talking to the doctor and with much disappointment doctor was rude. Pharmacist dispensed the medicine prescribed and suggested to speak to GP asap if symptoms persist as a stronger medicine would be needed. So it was a wasted trip to MKUCS as we could have got the medicine by pharmacist It was a wasted prescription Unnecessary waiting for 2 hours at MKUCS alone in pain (I could not accompany my spouse as it was late and we have 18 months old twins to take care) We still have to see the doctor so an appointment which can be used by someone else if we were treated properly first hand There may be another prescription which I would need to pay for for no mistake of us I hope doctors at MKUCS take their job seriously and love what they do and provide better services in future. In this instance I am utterly disappointed.
