About: University Hospital Lewisham / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had an appointment for a Biopsy this afternoon in Dermatology. I expected a wait as it was a late appointment.

When I was seen I was so pleased to have the most kind and gentle Doctor with a lovely Nurse, whom together put me at ease, carried out the procedure and explained things to me in such a way that I felt ok to ask questions.

Such a good experience when I was so clearly frightened. Thank you both for your care.
