"really bad across the board"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

This is my local hospital and the care I have recieved is atrocious. There are a few good nurses but overall the care you receive is very poor. No wonder it has got bad press. I have been through pals and am now conplaining higher up as there staff dont even realise what is their job and leave it to the patient to sort out. If posdible from now on I will avoid at all costs..
