typing with one hand as just had op. on right shoulder, so please excuse any mistakes. I was informed every step of the way through my meeting with the surgeon, my pre-op. appointment, my op. and my aftercare while in recovery. I felt like I was wrapped in a cocoon, where nothing could ever go wrong or hurt me. the staff were friendly, highly efficient, together, and were genuinely concerned for my well being. I cannot fault my stay in there at all, and I cannot thank and praise them all enough.
