"Referral by specialist for MRI and was sent away"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Was referred by a knee specialist for an urgent MRI scan and after waiting was called into a room and prodded to be sent home to await a phone call for an appointment, having explained I couldn't walk so couldn't drive and wouldn't be able to attend again that day I was called at 17:20 to return for an appointment at 18:00. I live 2 hours away in rush hour traffic and can not drive! I was told I'd have a letter in a few weeks which means I was put to bottom of the list because someone can't listen properly! Very angry and in pain.
