I have just been a patient on the endoscopy unit and was impressed at the efficiency and the friendliness of the staff. I was obviously very anxious before my procedure however they alleviated my anxieties. I think the pre assessment and explanation of the procedure before hand was extremely useful as previous experience (several years ago) I felt was disappointing.. I got an enema in post information that was not for me I had to ring up to sort out etc etc.. The department now seems to run very smoothly and the medical nursing and health care staff were all lovely. I would certainly not be worried about having to return. Thank you !
