"Wouldn't trust them"

So the hospital have got a new "system" which none of the workers seem to know how to work it, so everybody's appointments in the fracture clinic have been muddled and haven't been taken down. I was told I would receive my appointment in the post, I never got it so I had to keep ringing and pestering to even get an appointment, they also thought I had broken my leg when it should clearly say it was my arm. I was told I would be the first appointment because I explained I have important schooling and have to be back asap. I got to the hospital for my 9am appointment and didn't go in til 10 to find out that they hadn't got my notes from last time. Low and behold I was discharged that day but my friend who's had a serious operation 2 weeks ago hasn't heard anything from them because their appointment hasn't even been "processed" it's not good enough, this is our health for crying out loud.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am really sorry that you have encoutereted problems with our appointment system, We introduced a brand new patient admininstration system on 2nd June and we have been experiencing some teething issue with its introduction espcially for appointment bookings and clinic lists.

I have shared your comments with senior managers within the IT department and also Appointments and they have assured me that the problems have been urgently adressed and they want to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
