"Urology staff at UCH were patient and attentive"

(as a relative),

My father had an elective procedure at UCH today and the quality of the care was excellent. The staff on the day surgery ward where he was sent after the procedure were caring, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Further, the consultant came by the ward and took time to have a conversation with my dad about next steps. He was reassuring and friendly.
