The waiting time is shocking. My wife had a miscarriage and they kept her waiting for three hours having not asked her what had happened. Disgraceful and shocking

We are so sorry that you and your wife had such a poor experience of our Early Pregnancy Unit. The care you have described is not the standard of care we strive to meet. We always try to speak with patients who have experienced such distressing news and offer the opportunity to move to one on our private rooms whilst waiting to see the doctors. If this opportunity was not offered to you and your wife, we are very sorry.
