"Respectful and Thorough"

My teenage son was booked in for a scan in an intimate area. He was given the option of a male chaperone or myself to be with him. The sonographer also arranged for a male doctor to do the scan rather than herself. The whole experience was made as easy as possible for my son who was, quite understandable a little embarrassed and shy. I really cannot praise the team enough - particularly as the results were a perfect outcome - nothing wrong!
