I attended the dermatology clinic today.I received a telephone call this morning to confirm my appointment. My appointment was 2pm,& the nurse said that I could come when I am ready.My friend came to pick me up & we arrived at approximately 1.40pm.Ten mins later the nurse came out to introduce herself.She was very professional & friendly & made me feel comfortable & relaxed because I was not looking forward to the procedure [biopsy] Afterwards she explained everything to me & we arranged another appointment to come back to get my results & to see the consultant .I was seen straight away & the procedure was over & done with much quicker than I expected,also my friend expected to be hanging around for most of the afternoon.Thank you, I was very pleased.
