I am very very frustrated with their appointments system!! I went to my gp roughly about 3-4 weeks ago asking to be reffered to a dermatology I chose Queens hospital as I thought they have good services. My appointment was made for 20th of July and then a week later I recieved a letter saying it has been cancelled!!! I was very disapointed but I thought maybe someone needed to be seen before me who maybe in a very bad condition. Then a week after I was told my new appointment was on 20th of august 2014 I then recieved another letter saying it has been cancelled yet again!! I am very frustrated I cant afford a pricate derm as it will cost me an arm and a leg I am literally going to have a mental breakdown because I have been having really bad skin problem! I cant look at the mirror anymore as I am very insecure now and it makes me cry looking in the mirror. I understand that there is a long waiting list but being cancelled once was frustratinb enough! I cant leave the house anymore because my skin has made me so insecure yet I am beinb treated like this! This really makes me cry!
