"Excellent care on ward 27"

I have just had a small operation at Scunthorpe and was looked after on the day surgery ward. The care I received was excellent . I was regularly monitored and always treated as if nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff I encountered had a professional , caring and pleasant manner., a smile goes a long way to making even a short stay in hospital more pleasant. I hope these comments will be passed onto the ward manager and disseminated to the team . Thank you
