My Mum and I were highly impressed. Everyone was so kind, helpful and respectful - this included the reception staff, technicians, nurses, doctors and pharmacy staff. Mum is quite disabled and it meant a lot to her. The doctor was so patient even after a long and hot day. A visual fields technician went out of her way to see that Mum was seen ASAP by the doctor, even though she had not dealt with us.
